Description
The LTV-100X-G Series consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a Gallium Arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4-pin LSOP package.
The elements are mounted on one lead frame providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements.

• Current transfer ratio (MIN. 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V)
• High input-output isolation voltage (Viso = 5,000Vrms )
• High collector-emitter voltage ( VCEO = 70V )
• Employs double transfer mold technology
