High Speed Photocoupler
LITE-ON H11L1/M400 series has a high-speed Schmitt trigger output optically coupled to an LED which with hysteresis implemented by applying positive feedback to the noninverting input of a comparator, the output retains its value until the input changes sufficiently to trigger a change.
